The Hachiman Digital Hand-scroll Corpus provides access to seven Japanese illuminated hand-scrolls from the 14th to the 19th centuries. A project of Professor Dr Melanie Trede, principal investigator at the Material Text Cultures Research Center at the University of Heidelberg, the Hachiman project has created comprehensive annotation of the hand-scrolls. Thousands of persons and objects have been identified, as well as providing a full reading of the texts - now converted to WADM annotation by Data Futures in this Invenio repository. The original project website can be found at https://www.zo.uni-heidelberg.de/iko/hdh/ and material is provided here under a CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.
